3-1 and 6-1 Adjustable-Rate Mortgages
Enjoy a lower monthly payment during the first few years of your loan, with our Adjustable-Rate Mortgages.  Fixed at a low, discounted rate for the first three or six years, these mortgages may then adjust annually.  That is, the interest rate can change every year thereafter, according to market conditions.  Because the rate can change, the payment can also change.

Evans offers mortgage products to assist low to moderate income families.  Evans Community Mortgage is a conventional community lending mortgage that offers underwriting flexibilities to qualified borrowers who meet specific income criteria or properties that meet geographic location eligibility criteria.  Processing, document preparation, and underwriting fees are waived in order to assist low to moderate income families achieve home ownership.  Contact us for details

New Construction Mortgages
The dream of building a home can become a reality with this convenient program, designed to take you through and beyond the construction loan period.  

The short-term construction loan is designed to cover costs during construction.  Funds are drawn as phases of the building are completed.  Interest-only payments are made monthly only on the amount drawn.
