Fred is Vice President of The Evans Agency, Inc. He is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter and a Certified School Risk Manager.  Fred heads our agency’s dedicated school unit and has served as insurance & risk management consultant to over 60 school districts and BOCES from Lake Erie to Plattsburgh and Long Island.  He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars on school risk      management and insurance for NYSASBO and its local chapters, as well as for the  Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New York Inc. Fred is a recognized authority on school insurance and risk management and an active member of NYSASBO and the Western Chapter of ASBO.

Kelly started in the insurance industry in 1987 and obtained her NYS Brokers License in the same year. In 2008 she joined The Evans Agency and brings a diverse background of experience and knowledge to the organization.  Currently Kelly is a Commercial Lines Account Executive.  In addition she is a member of the Buffalo Insurance Club and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Tom is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter and is the Commercial Lines Service Manager for The Evans Agency. He is a recognized authority on insurance policy forms and coverages and is a  frequent presenter of continuing education courses throughout the state of New York for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New York Inc.  Tom assists our school accounts on a daily basis with  matters pertaining to certificates of insurance and capital projects.

Deb has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry and over 20 years handling public entity accounts.  She specializes in municipalities and school districts, as well as large commercial accounts.  Deb attained the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation in 1999 and has been a licensed customer service representative since 1984.  In 2003, she received the first Evans Agency President's Award and The Evans Agency Excellence Award in 2002.
