Evans Bank recognizes that unexpected overdrafts occur from time to time – overdraft coverage can help. The choice is yours.
Overdraft protection1 services apply to all transactions and may help prevent overdrafts by automatically transferring funds to your checking account from a line of credit you may have at Evans Bank for a finance charge. Please note that overdraft lines of credit are subject to credit approval.
Your overdraft coverage options:
- Overdraft Protection Line of Credit: Subject to interest charges, 18.99% APR as of 10/29/20
- Safeguard Overdraft Service (SOS): $29 overdraft fee per item. Additional fees may apply if account remains overdrawn for 5 business days.
- Savings/Money Market Account for Overdraft Protection: No cost for service, including ability to link Savings/Money Market Accounts to checking account with no fee.
